I am a Consultant Chartered Physiotherapist in North London specialising in the treatment of people with neurological conditions and injuries.
ASSESSMENT & DIAGNOSIS
At your first appointment, I will discuss what has happened, what are your main complaints and physical challenges you are enduring and what you aim to get from the treatment.
Then, I will assess you and the difficulties you are having.
Lastly, I will discuss the treatment plan that will be tailored to your needs helping you to achieve your aims and aspirations.

I believe in taking a holistic approach as long COVID impacts multi-systems in our body.
I will assess your current health and build you a treatment plan or advise you with a self-management plan to help you with your long-lasting fatigue and musculoskeletal problems.
ADVICE TO CARERS
I advise carers on how to assist with daily activities, exercise and transitions, with a strong emphasis on safe manual handling.
A joint session can be arranged so that we can go through a suitable program together, answer any questions or discuss your concerns.
I can also run measurement and give an advise on house modifications, if needed, before returning from hospital.
PHYSIOTHERAPY CONSULTANT
I am providing consultancy services for medical-commercial companies and supervision to physiotherapists in the fields of neurology-neuroscience and neuro-rehabilitation.
MY STORY
I started working as a Neurorehabilitation physiotherapist in 2003 offering the highest standard of patient care, treating each one of my patients with integrity, devotion, and compassion. Through the years, I have used a holistic approach to see each patient as a whole and to tailor each individual a unique treatment plan. I was privileged to work with a range of neurological conditions and injuries.
After completing my PhD in Neuroscience, I have developed and managed translational scientific research to help better understand various neurological injuries and pathologies and to explore the impact of therapeutic agents on recovery.
I am currently giving services in North London with a mission to help you regain function and improve your quality of life.
